Prohibited uses include “scraping” and “data mining,” or any activity intended to collect, store, reorganize, summarize or manipulate any Listing Information.

TRREB and other TRREB Members or their authorized representatives may access the VOW to verify compliance with MLS® Rules and Policies and monitor the display of Members’ listings.
